- Recruiting assignments are completed on time and under budget.
- All costs are variable. We aren't paid until we perform. Fees are paid only when placements are made.
- We stand by our selections. If a hired candidate leaves within six months, we replace him/her at no cost. If a hired candidate leaves within seven to twelve months, we replace him/her at 50% of our fee.
- Our ten-step selection process is thorough, proven and guarnateed:
- Identify and source candidates from our exclusive databases
- Conduct extensive phone interviews
- Review qualifications and select top candidates
- Conduct a face-to-face interview with selected top candidates
- Third-party testing when appropriate
- Arrage all meetings for the top candidates with decision maker(s)
- Formal written reports on all final candidates to decision maker(s)
- Facilitate hiring process until complete
- Weekly conference call with decision maker(s) to discuss candidates in process and what needs to happen to make offer
- Send congratulation note to finalist
