Mr. Rybka is a nationally recognized marketing and management consultant to the financial services industry. He is Founder and Chairman of Associated Consulting Services, a national consulting group that has worked with the world’s largest banks, wirehouses, law firms, property & casualty insurance brokers and life insurance companies. Mr. Rybka was one of the originators of the concept of Total Financial Planning and founded one of the oldest and largest Producer Groups in the country. His unique system for developing high net worth life insurance and wealth planning divisions within supplemental distribution systems has been featured in numerous industry publications. Mr. Rybka is a contributing writer for a wide range of financial industry journals and has published more than fifty articles. He is also the author of the book, The Commercial Development Of The Variable Annuity. In addition, he has been a frequent guest speaker at numerous national financial services associations also has taught on the faculty of Fenn College (now Cleveland State University).
